Enter the Astro-Paws Academy.

Scientists discovered that genetically enhanced felines possessed the exact hyper-reflexes, spatial awareness, and "nine-lives" probability-bending required to navigate the hyper-lanes. Outfitted with specialized kinetic Mecha Paws and Vanguard Laser arrays, these cats are sent into the deepest sectors of space. Their mission: clear the trade lanes, harvest high-energy comets, and recover the ancient, reality-bending Runes scattered across the cosmos. 

It’s a dangerous job, especially when rogue "Red Mitten" debuff anomalies threaten to bind their paws, but the galaxy relies on these daring felines to keep the stars connected.
